You share a data export or connect your ERP. We run an automated analysis pipeline — typically about two hours — then a member of our team reviews the output for 30 minutes before we send the report. No automation without human eyes.

Data Rehab Engagement
Fixed scope, fixed fee, fixed timeline. We agree on what gets cleaned before we start. The scope is informed by the free health score, so there are no surprises mid-engagement.
- Raw data ingested into an immutable staging layer (source is never modified)
- Field mapping: every source field is mapped to a canonical destination field
- SHA-256 checksummed deduplication (deterministic — same inputs, same outputs)
- 6-level reconciliation validation (GL to subledger to TB to prior period)
- Quality gate: 20+ automated checks across every output table
- Certification: HMAC-signed AI readiness scorecard (0–100)
Quality gates pass or we keep working. We do not invoice until the database is certified. If gates fail, we fix and re-run at no additional cost. That's what 'invoice on delivery' means.
