Overview
Data Rehab (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Privium Data Services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information. We take data privacy seriously — given that our business involves handling sensitive financial data, we hold ourselves to a high standard.
Information we collect
Contact and inquiry information. When you submit the free data health score form or contact us, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the details you provide about your ERP system and data concerns. We use this to respond to your inquiry and manage your engagement with us.
Client financial data. During a paid engagement, you provide financial data exports or ERP access. This data is used exclusively to perform the contracted work. It is not used for any other purpose, shared with third parties, or retained after the engagement concludes (see “Data retention” below).
Website analytics. We may collect anonymous analytics data (page views, browser type, referral source) to understand how people use our website. We do not use advertising trackers or sell website data.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and free score requests
- To perform the contracted data rehab engagement
- To communicate about your engagement status and deliverables
- To improve our services based on aggregate feedback
We do not sell your information. We do not use your financial data for any purpose beyond the contracted work.
Data retention
Client financial data (raw exports, ERP access credentials, staging data) is deleted from our systems within 30 days of final deliverable delivery. The clean database and documentation are delivered to you — we do not retain copies.
Contact and inquiry information is retained for as long as necessary to manage your engagement and comply with legal obligations, typically no more than 3 years.
Third-party services
We use Resend to send transactional emails (confirmation emails, inquiry responses). Resend processes email addresses for delivery purposes only. We do not share financial data with Resend or any other third party.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. For client financial data, deletion is governed by our 30-day post-delivery policy described above.
