Overview

These terms govern your use of the Data Rehab website (datarehab.com) and any professional services engagement you enter into with Privium Data Services (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Free Data Health Score

The free data health score is a preliminary analysis based on data you provide. It is provided for informational purposes. It does not constitute financial advice, audit services, or a guarantee of any particular outcome.

By submitting a free score request, you represent that you have authority to share the data you provide and that the data does not violate any confidentiality obligations to third parties.

Professional Services Engagements

Paid engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed in writing before work begins. The SOW defines scope, fee, timeline, and deliverables. These terms supplement but do not replace the SOW.

Invoice on delivery. We invoice upon delivery of the contracted deliverables, including passing of quality gates and transfer of database credentials. If quality gates do not pass, we continue working at no additional charge until they do or until we mutually agree to terminate the engagement.

Ownership. Upon payment, you own the delivered database and all documentation. We retain no license to your data or to the delivered outputs.

Data handling

Financial data provided for analysis is used exclusively for the contracted work. It is not shared with third parties, used for any other purpose, or retained after the 30-day post-delivery period described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your source data.

Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We are not an accounting firm and do not provide audit, attestation, or regulatory compliance services. The deliverables we produce are not a substitute for professional audit or tax advice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Privium Data Services is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
