Common questions
What if our data is messier than expected?
The fixed fee covers the engagement scope agreed upfront based on the free data health score. If we discover material scope changes mid-engagement, we discuss and agree before proceeding. We don't send surprise invoices.
Do we need to give you access to our live ERP?
For Starter tier: no. We work from exports (CSV, XLSX, QBO file). For Standard tier: yes, we use a read-only ERP connector. For Enterprise: depends on the environment.
What happens to our data after the engagement?
Your raw data is deleted from our systems within 30 days of delivery. The clean database is yours — we transfer credentials and walk away. We don't retain copies.
Can we use the clean database without AI tools?
Yes. Many clients just want clean books. The AI readiness certificate is included, but you are under no obligation to use AI tools. The database is yours to use however you want.
